Last serving as a Supervisory Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Andrew brings the highest level of experience and expertise to AG Advisors.
As an FBI agent, Andrew was assigned to the Detroit Division. He specialized in long-term investigations involving money laundering, drug trafficking and criminal enterprise activity in southeast Michigan. Andrew also conducted numerous background investigations for individuals requiring Top Secret (TS) clearance, including those appointed to serve under the President's administration.
Serving with distinction as a supervisor for the FBI, Andrew oversaw Detroit's Hostage/Crisis Negotiation Team, Criminal Enterprise Program, as well as a multi-agency Intelligence Center. In addition, Andrew has provided crisis negotiation training for hundreds of local law enforcement officers. He has also brought these core competencies to the region's schools, professional organizations and companies to ensure the proper handling of violence and threat assessment in both educational and workplace environments. In his role as an FBI supervisor, Andrew was also responsible for coordinating crisis negotiation and management operations for all major events in southeast Michigan - including the 2009 NCAA Final Four, 2006 World Series, 2006 NFL Super Bowl XL and the 2005 MLB All Star Game.
As the founder of AG Advisors, Andrew has led his team to develop a progressive model to tackle the challenges of combatting violence in schools and the workplace. AG Advisors has devised a comprehensive crisis management plan to insure schools and companies are both reactive and proactive in their approach to this issue. Andrew personally provides training in the area of threat identification and behavior assessment in the workplace. He has been a regular contributor to WXYT, Channel 7 as a subject matter expert on school/workplace shootings and violence in the workplace.
Andrew has expanded the resources and capabilities at AG Advisors which allows them to conduct high level background investigations for law firms, investors, as well as public and privately held companies both in the U.S and overseas. To date, their due diligence investigations has saved clients approximately $5 million dollars. Additionally, Andrew has fostered strategic partnerships with seasoned, law enforcement professionals across the country and around the globe which allows AG Advisors to conduct investigations virtually anywhere in the world.
Education & Professional Organizations
Andrew earned his bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the State University of New York College at Fredonia. Andrew is a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.
For ten years prior to her position as Senior Managing Director and Partner at AG Advisors, Tracy worked for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, in the Division of Parole and Community Services. As a parole officer she supervised and managed the release of violent offenders back into the community. She has also worked extensively on behalf of at-risk youth in need of positive adult mentors. As an intern with the U.S. Pretrial Services in Cleveland, Tracy gained valuable insight and experience integrating probation reports for the United States District Court system.
Tracy's responsibilities as a Parole Officer included gathering relevant offender information and integrating relevant research data that was then compiled into Offender Background and Pre-sentence Investigation Reports. The reports were used by judges to help determine sentencing, as well as parole boards to determine conditions of release. Tracy's experience has created a unique skill set that includes the superior ability to search, locate and articulate complex legal findings for use in a civil or business environment. She has conducted thousands of interviews with law enforcement officials, victims and offenders. Her findings were transformed into a report format utilized at various levels of the judicial system. Tracy's ability to uncover information and intelligence has proven to be particularly useful for clients dealing with mergers, acquisitions and due diligence investigations.
As a result of these experiences, Tracy has a wide network of established contacts in both the public and private sector. These contacts continue to prove invaluable with her work at AG Advisors, especially when conducting intelligence research in the area of risk mitigation.
As Vice President and Partner at AG Advisors, Tracy has insisted that all of our clients have direct access at all times to the ownership of our company. Tracy believes that the unique business relationships that exist between an intelligence service provider and its clients, require that our ownership be directly involved in every aspect of the services being offered by AG Advisors. Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a specialization in Criminology and Corrections from Bowling Green State University.
Ron brings over 30 years of investigative and managerial experience with the FBI to his position as Senior Managing Director at AG Advisors.
Ron joined the FBI in 1983 and served in Cleveland, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, Iraq, the Republic of Georgia, and Detroit. Ron Specialized in the investigation and supervision of complex violent crime and counter terrorism matters. His investigative experience includes working as an undercover agent and acting as case agent on investigations requiring the use of advanced investigative techniques. His managerial experience with the FBI includes the supervision of counter terrorism and violent crime squads. He served as an Assistant Section Chief in the FBI's counter terrorism division and as Deputy on Scene Commander for FBI Operations in Iraq. He was also a member of the FBI's SWAT program for over twenty years.
Ron has had the opportunity to conduct or supervise FBI joint investigations in Iraq, the Republic of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ireland, Kenya, and Afghanistan among others. As an FBI agent, he traveled to over 20 countries while on official business.
After retiring from the FBI in September of 2011, Ron served as the first Deputy Director for the Detroit Crime Commission for two years. Ron was instrumental in the formation of the non-profit Detroit Crime Commission and still sits on its Board of Commissioners.

Ron holds Bachelor of Electronic Engineering and Master of Public Administration degrees. He belongs to the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI and the Southeast Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police.
